Vahram Avanesyan was replaced by National Assembly MP <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.am\/en\/gov-members\/156\/\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>Karen Chshmarityan<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, who was the Minister of Trade and Economic Development from 2000 to 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tEarlier, retaining their positions in the news government were Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, and Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritzyan.
