It is noteworthy that neither official sources nor the ICRC informed the Armenian news media about Mayelyan.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe press relations office of the ICRC, in conversation with Epress.am, confirmed the transfer, noting that he crossed the border on April 20, and after a meeting with ICRC representatives in Baku, he expressed an interest to return, which the ICRC representatives facilitated today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn order to obtain more information, Epress.am spoke with chief of the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan, who, however, said he has no information.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tChief of the press service of the de facto Ministry of Defense of Nagorno-Karabakh Senor Hasratyan likewise provided no clarification, advising Epress.am to contact the de facto Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh, which, in turn, asked the query to be sent in writing.
