As for who might be appointed to that position &mdash; it&#39;s still not decided. Meanwhile, Deputy Chief of Staff Erik Minasyan yesterday was appointed as acting official,&quot; reports the paper.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to another daily paper, <em>Zhoghovurd<\/em>, the option of the secondment of Tovmasyan to the Constitutional Court is being discussed.
