The government justified this decision on the grounds that the technopark has not operated since the day of its founding,&quot; reports the paper.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFormer Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan over the last 6 years was actively promoting the idea of creating an industrial park in Gyumri, Armenia&#39;s second-largest city. He repeatedly said that it would be a major impetus for the development of the IT field.
