{"id":253665,"date":"2014-05-22T15:22:11","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T11:22:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=253665"},"modified":"2014-05-22T15:34:47","modified_gmt":"2014-05-22T11:34:47","slug":"armenian-citizens-increasingly-travel-to-turkey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2014\/05\/22\/armenian-citizens-increasingly-travel-to-turkey.html","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Citizens Increasingly Travel to Turkey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">From January to March of &nbsp;this year, 11,150 citizens of the Republic of Armenia travelled to Turkey &mdash; almost 4% higher than the same period last year (10,736 Armenian citizens), reports the press service of Turkey&#39;s Ministry of Culture and Tourism.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to statistics of the first quarter of 2014, in March alone, 4,700 Armenians visited Turkey &mdash; compared to 4,100 in 2013 and 3,900 in 2012.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAlso visiting Turkey from January to March this year were 122,408 citizens of Georgia and 49,300 citizens of Azerbaijan.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNote, the number of people going to Turkey from Armenia increases in the summer, when the tourism season opens in Antalya.
