This means that the courts do not care about the problems of Armenia, <a href=\"http:\/\/hcav.am\/events\/02-06-2014\/\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>reports the HCAV office<\/strong><\/span><\/a> [AM], commenting on the decision by the RA Court of Cassation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe verdict states that the court decision comes into force from the moment of its adoption, is final and not subject to appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;The problems caused by head of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in no way disturb the RA judiciary,&quot; says the HCAV office, commenting on the decision.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFollowing Serzh Sargsyan&#39;s September 3, 2013 statement, the HCAV office submitted a complaint to the RA Administrative Court, demanding Sargsyan&#39;s actions to join the Customs Union be recognized as unlawful.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tHead of the Helsinki Citizens&#39; Assembly Vanadzor office Artur Sakunts said that the Armenian government for years was preparing to sign the EU Association Agreement, but a statement on September 3 and decisions made afterwards expressed a position contrary to those steps. Thus, the principle of transparency was violated, since an arbitrary decision was made in a single day.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;Serzh Sargsyan&#39;s decision also is not justified.
