We have to understand and adapt, since the matter of lasting peace is not yet resolved, and we are obliged to address our opponent&#39;s militant zeal through counter or preventative actions,&quot; he said.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOhanyan said the ceasefire violations were discussed with the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. &quot;We stated that we are willing to provide any assistance in the matter of investigating cases of ceasefire violations.
