This was conveyed to Epress.am by RA Defense Ministry Investigation Service press officer Mery Sargsyan.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tUnder suspicion of committing the aforementioned crime, rank-and-file soldier Volodya Babikyan was arrested.
