Rounding out the top 3 in the CIS are Kazakhstan (at 67%) and Russia (at 63%).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJ&rsquo;son &amp; Partners Consulting claims that there were more than 2 million mobile internet users in Armenia in 2013.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAs for fourth generation networks (4G\/LTE), according to data retrieved in May 2014, the LTE network was introduced in all countries surveyed among the CIS with the exception of Belarus, while the 3G network exists in all countries.
