The decision comes into force on August 1.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAs reported by the Epress.am correspondent on the scene, members of the non-ruling parliamentary factions present at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/07\/01\/why-did-armenia-import-electricity-from-georgia-commission-debates-increasing-electricity-tariff.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>today&#39;s Commission meeting<\/strong><\/span><\/a> asked the Commission not to adopt the decision or postpone its adoption by at least 5 days, but the Commission refused, and the MPs, as a sign of protest, left the meeting.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThroughout the duration of the meeting, dozens of demonstrators <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/07\/01\/police-dispersed-electricity-price-hike-protestors-who-tried-blocking-the-street.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>protested outside<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe MPs promised protestors that their parties will discuss the situation and either issue a statement or call a press conference tomorrow.
