Of the incidents of death, 8 occurred in the Republic of Armenia, while 15 occurred in the de facto Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. This is stated in a <a href=\"http:\/\/hcav.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/%D5%8F%D5%A5%D5%B2%D5%A5%D5%AF%D5%A1%D5%B6%D6%84-2014-%D5%B0%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B6%D5%BE%D5%A1%D6%80-%D5%B0%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B6%D5%AB%D5%BD2.pdf\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>report<\/strong><\/span><\/a> [AM] issued today by the Yerevan-based <a href=\"http:\/\/hcav.am\/publications\/01-07-2014-4\/#\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>Helsinki Citizens&#39; Assembly Vanadzor Office<\/strong><\/span><\/a> [AM].<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to the organization&#39;s findings, of the 23 recorded incidents of death, only 11 were as a result of the violation of ceasefire. Human rights activists compare this with last year&#39;s data, calling attention to the fact that there were fewer victims (5) at the border in all of 2013 than in the first 6 months of this year (i.e. the 11 deaths resulting from ceasefire violations).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn the same period last year, there were 15 deaths in the army; that is, the mortality rate increased by 30% this year.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;Criminal cases were launched in18 of the 23 incidents.
