Ministry of Defense spokesperson, Artsrun Hovhannisyan told a journalist from the local daily Haykakan Zhamanak about the latter news, during an interview: &ldquo;No, it&rsquo;s not planned. It&rsquo;s not going to happen every year. Only on decennial or paired anniversaries&rdquo;.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">Some claim that a military parade should have been organized especially after the summer conflict on border.
