A medical examination revealed that 27-year old Hasmik Khachatryan&rsquo;s scars on her hand were caused by a cigarette burn. The latter information was given to Epress.am by Khachatryan&rsquo;s lawyer, Tigran Muradyan.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">Recall, that Hakobyan claimed he never beat his wife, and only hit her once before. He also denied Khachatryan&rsquo;s testimony, which stated that he put out his cigarette on her hand, and he countered claiming the wound was, in fact, a very old scar. According to the victim&rsquo;s testimony, one day her husband came home after drinking alcohol and asked his wife, if she knew whether her husband was a &ldquo;a good guy&rdquo;, and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/02\/25\/he-put-out-his-cigarette-on-my-hand-says-domestic-violence-victim-in-court.html\" style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\">put out his cigarette on her hand<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTo note, Khachatryan&rsquo;s case is not the first time a medical examination confirming the victim&rsquo;s physical wounds is not recognized as a result of beating, but rather as a skin condition.
