Epress.am was informed of the latter by one of the claimants, Heritage Party lawyer Harutyun Baghdasaryan. Both the Heritage Party and Hrayr Manukyan&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">have submitted a separate lawsuits.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">The journalist&rsquo;s and party&rsquo;s complaint are based on a NSS representative&rsquo;s attempt to recruit Manukyan. An <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/2014\/07\/04\/%D5%A1%D5%A1%D5%AE-%D5%B6-%D6%83%D5%B8%D6%80%D5%B1%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B4-%D5%A7-%D5%BE%D5%A5%D6%80%D5%A2%D5%B8%D5%BE%D5%AF%D5%A1-%D5%A1%D5%B6%D5%A5%D5%AC-%D5%AC%D6%80%D5%A1%D5%A3%D6%80%D5%B8%D5%B2%D5%AB.html#\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">audio recording<\/span><\/a> released (ARM) by the journalist reveals that the NSS representative threatened Manukyan after he declined an offer to work for the NSS. The Prosecutor General had refused to initiate a criminal case against the NSS and both the party and Manukyan have demanded to overturn the prosecutor&rsquo;s decision. Until now, the case had been examined in two separate proceedings, which have now conjoined, and will be presented as one case during the next court session on October 10.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Before the court case, I had demanded time, in order for the prosecutor to present me a hand-written explanation on the basis of the decision to not initiate the criminal case. The court session was delayed because the prosecutor had not prepared those documents. Anyways, nearly a month has passed and the court hasn&rsquo;t received any documents.
