Recall, that the Vanadzor office had presented a similar complaint against the Police for rejecting an application to receive the results of a civil investigation: the lawsuit has been rejected in all national courts.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">This new case related to the police&rsquo;s lack of transparency has entered the trial phase, on October 13 the first court session took place.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">The HCA Vanadzor office president Artur Sakunts applied to Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan to be provided with information about the number of employees in the Armenian Police Sub-divisions, the number of those in leadership positions, ordinary officers, and the number of males and females.
