Tamaryan had called and informed a public monitoring group supervising police detention about the incident. During the phone conversation, the inmate informed that he was being held at a&nbsp;detention facility within the Vanadzor city&rsquo;s Taron police dempartment&nbsp;after he was beaten by police and that&nbsp;he did not receive proper medical attention. According to Tamaryan, he is also suffering from a mental illness. &nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">In the monitoring group&rsquo;s message it notes that members of the group met with A. Tamaryan and recorded wounds on his body and other issues related to the case.
