Today, after a session of the Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary commission at the Armenian National Assembly, the commission co-chair Nikolay Ryzhkov said the latter to journalists.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">The question was raised when an Armenian journalists compared Crimea and Nagorno-Karabakh. They observed that Russia is entering the EEU with Crimea, while Armenia is entering without NKR.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">Ryzhkov noted that the Crimean people decided to become a part of Russia through their own free will.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;\">&ldquo;If Karabakh becomes a part of Armenia, then there is no issue. You know the procedure. You can&rsquo;t enter the union with unresolved territorial and border issues.
