Gyumri incidents<\/span><\/a> are being used as provocations to raise a wave of anti-Russian sentiments.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n\tHe noted that he had said last summer that the Russian reconnaissance and KGB (security service) would organize a sabotage attempt in order to place Armenia in a state of panic, in order for “Azerbaijan to attack and enter.” He recalled that the “Chorord Iskhanutyun” (“Fourth Estate”) paper wrote that Russia is preparing to betray Armenian interests in Karabagh and that is why “they want to put the blame on the Armenians, so they say that it started from you (Armenian), we haven’t betrayed you.”<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n\t“At this point, Armenia needs to form legitimate authorities,” said Harutyunyan.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n\tThe latter underlined that he had said back in 2008 that, in essence, he was being tried under Russian laws and demanded that the Russian state emblem be placed in the court.
