Grigoryan told Zhoghovurd paper about the details of the meeting.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;It seems like there is no intent in regards to handing him over, but they were determined to punish him in the most severe way possible. They said that they have execution by firing squad (in their law), and they think he is worthy of that punishment. However, that punishment is not implemented in Russia, its been put on hold. They even made a statement that if ties with Europe were finally torn then they would reanalyze the execution by firing squad issue,&rdquo; stated the MP from Gyumri.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNote, that Armenia&rsquo;s Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan had applied to Russia&rsquo;s Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika in order for the criminal case on the Gyumri murder be transferred to Armenian law enforcement, however, there has been no response by Russia to date.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211; It seems like there is no intent in regards to handing him over, but they were determined to punish him in the most severe way possible.
