According to a police statement, Afyan left home around 2AM on February 21 and never returned.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>Asparez<\/em> paper reports that according to word circulating in Gyumri, Afyan had debts which could be the reason for his disappearance. However, Tavush province&rsquo;s Hovk village mayor Grigor Gevorgyan told <em>Haykakan Zhamanak<\/em> daily that Afyan would not disappear because of some debt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;He is a very organized, hard working young man, and respected in the village.
