Today, Judge Armen Bektashyan rejected the appeals filed by Heritage Party Executive member, journalist Hrayr Manukyan (pictured) and Heritage Party.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe party and journalist&#39;s appeals were related to an attempt by an NSS representative to recruit Manukyan. The journalist released <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/2014\/07\/04\/%D5%A1%D5%A1%D5%AE-%D5%B6-%D6%83%D5%B8%D6%80%D5%B1%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%B4-%D5%A7-%D5%BE%D5%A5%D6%80%D5%A2%D5%B8%D5%BE%D5%AF%D5%A1-%D5%A1%D5%B6%D5%A5%D5%AC-%D5%AC%D6%80%D5%A1%D5%A3%D6%80%D5%B8%D5%B2%D5%AB.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">a recording<\/span><\/a> which reveals an NSS representative threatening Manukyan after a refusal to join the service. Manukyan demanded a criminal case be initiated against the NSS, which the Prosecutor&rsquo;s office rejected to do.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRepresentative of Heritage Party&rsquo;s interests, lawyer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/11\/18\/rejection-of-criminal-case-against-nss-is-a-violation-intelligence-agency-recruiting-journalist.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">Harutyun Baghdasaryan told&nbsp;Epress.am<\/span><\/a> late last year, that the Prosecutor&rsquo;s office did not have the right to reject Hrayr Manukyan&rsquo;s recording as material evidence. According to Baghdasaryan, the Prosecutor&rsquo;s office first had to initiate a criminal case then justify the material evidence.
