According to RA Labor Code &ldquo;Nairit&rdquo; employees, as stated by Harutyunyan, would receive almost double the employees&#39; unpaid wages if they went to court.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;In the event we go to court, they will have to pay USD 30 million, and not [USD] 15 million. However, the state cannot afford that amount of money, and &ldquo;Nairit&rdquo; would actually go bankrupt. We&#8217;ve tried to avoid going to court until now, so we agree with the condition of only receiving our salaries. Of course, that&#8217;s an individual decision; there might be people who refuse to sign [the agreement] and decide to go to court.
