The priority is that the child is given back,&rdquo; Hovhannisyan said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDuring a hearing at the Administrative Court on Thursday the mother presented facts that the Kanaker-Zeytun territorial department of Civil Acts Registration Office forged the baby&#39;s birth documents. Based on these facts, in the birth registration act the baby&#39;s last name was first listed as &ldquo;Nikoghosyan&rdquo; which was later crossed out and changed to &ldquo;Adyan.&rdquo;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe Registration Office failed to provide any arguments against the legitimacy of Nikoghosyan&#39;s documents.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;According to the Administrative Procedure Code if a party does not deny the presented evidence then they must be considered sufficient and true,&rdquo; the attorney said.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During a hearing at the Administrative Court on Thursday the mother presented facts that the Kanaker-Zeytun territorial department of Civil Acts Registration Office forged the baby&#8217;s birth documents.
