At the moment, law enforcement officers continue the detention of demonstrators.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMeanwhile, lawyers and&nbsp;Armenian Ombudsman staff members are not allowed to visit the detainees&nbsp;at the Arabkir police division, lawyer Arusyak Julyakyan said in a phone conversation with Epress.am. The lawyers, she added,&nbsp;have been kept waiting in the reception area for more than an hour.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<iframe width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/W9eWLbFHwzU?wmode=transparent\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen> <\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNote, the final text of the draft Constitution has been submitted on October 5 to the parliament for a vote by the president-adjunct Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms.
