One month before the voting day, the total number of people entitled to participate in the referendum is 2,554,332.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLocal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilur.am\/news\/view\/50334.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">iLur.am<\/span><\/a> news outlet has analyzed the released data, coming to the conclusion that there are practically no 15-17 year-olds in Armenia. Based on National Statistical Service (NSS) data, estimated resident population (ERP) of Armenia in 2015 was 3,010,600 people. The Police&#39;s released electoral register included only citizens eligible to vote, i.e., people over 18 years old.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to the same official NSS data, in 2015 persons aged from 0 to 14 years accounted for 19,4 percent (584 thousand 56 people)&nbsp;of the total population. &ldquo;We subtract the over 18 year-olds and those who are aged from 0 to 14 years from the number of resident population presented by the NSS to get (minus) 127, 788.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Moreover, as stated by NSS, the 19,4% of their presented total number is 582,600; however, even in this case we still get a deficit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Meanwhile, notice that we still need to find out what&nbsp;the number of Armenia&#39;s 15-17 year-olds is.
