M.&#39;s complaint, insulted and kept him in a quarantine cell, refusing to transfer the inmate to a regular one. Officials also allegedly restricted the duration of the inmate&#39;s phone calls, and took him unreasonably to a punishment cell, which resultied in him&nbsp;resorting to multiple acts of self mutilation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn a statement issued Monday morning, SIS said an investigation is currently underway into the officials&#39; alleged abuse of authority.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prison officials, as stated in A.
