And yesterday&#39;s intense wind tore and destroyed a large part of the building facing, literally throwing the state budget money to the wind.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Note, the Investigative Committee building was constructed and furnished by &#39;AGAT 777&#39; company, which &nbsp;has alleged links to Committee head Aghvan Hovsepyan.
