Additionally, they had said that Suren also had a spine problem and that he would most probably not be drafted as he was not fit for service. But later on they decided to send him anyway; in someone else&#39;s place, most probably,&rdquo; the soldier&#39;s mother, Mrs Anzhela, told the paper.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to <em>Hraparak<\/em>, the Mosinyans live in dire social and economic conditions in a dilapidated shelter in the suburbs of Artashat village and earn their living by working on other people&#39;s lands.
