Khachatryan was arrested in connection with the June 2 death of fellow serviceman <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2016\/06\/02\/19-year-old-armenian-soldier-shot-dead-in-nagorno-karabakh.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000FF;\">Khoren Harutyunyan<\/span><\/a>, Armenia&#39;s Investigative Committee said Friday.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to the official&nbsp;statement,&nbsp;Harutyunyan sustained a fatal gunshot wound at the combat position of a NKR military unit as a result of Khachatryan having violated the rules for safe firearm handling.
