Currently, a kWh of electricity costs 48.8 drams, so the tariff will decrease by at most 3 drams.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;In no way can this tariff be considered well-grounded: the thing is that last year electricity rates increased by nearly 7 drams to &#39;solve some financial problems in the power system.&#39; These problems have already been solved, and even faster than expected; the tariff should therefore decrease by at least 7 drams.
