The decision, he added, was based on the conclusion of the doctors of the penitentiary service.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;After visiting Sedrak Nazaryan at the Convicts&#39; Hospital, we remain convinced that the conclusion that he should be discharged is unfounded, to say the least. The person is still recovering from a severe gunshot wound [to the chest] and a subsequent surgery, and it&#39;s obvious that he should have been kept at a civilian hospital.
