{"id":279603,"date":"2017-03-16T16:32:22","date_gmt":"2017-03-16T12:32:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epress.am\/?p=279603"},"modified":"2017-03-16T17:00:42","modified_gmt":"2017-03-16T13:00:42","slug":"supporter-of-yerevan-gunmen-dies-in-hospital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2017\/03\/16\/supporter-of-yerevan-gunmen-dies-in-hospital.html","title":{"rendered":"Supporter of Yerevan Gunmen Dies in Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Artur Sargsyan, the man who drove through a police cordon last summer to deliver food to the opposition gunmen occupying a Yerevan police station and was subsequently jailed on suspicion of aiding the armed group, has died in hospital on Thursday, Armlur.am was told by Armenia Medical Center director Arsen Grigoryan.<\/p>\n<p>Sargsyan was suffering from multiple <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"http:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2017\/02\/24\/lawyer-says-yerevan-gunmen-supporters-life-in-danger.html\">health problems<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, many of which only worsened when he went on a nearly month-long <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"http:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2017\/02\/10\/newly-arrested-man-who-delivered-food-to-opposition-armed-group-goes-on-hunger-strike.html\">hunger strike<\/a><\/span><\/strong> on the day of his second arrest.
