According to Manukyan, the appeal will also include the newly-leaked <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"http:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2017\/04\/14\/newly-emerged-audio-shows-how-republican-oligarch-makes-his-employees-campaign-for-him.html\">audio recording<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, in which employees of Republican Party MP Artak Sargsyan&#8217;s SAS Group are being pressured to bring in votes for the ruling party.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe package is quite extensive; we have video recordings from 2000 polling stations which show how people are being forced to vote for the ruling party. If we have resorted to appealing to the Constitutional Court then the crimes must have been obvious: there were threats, there was use of administrative resources, <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"http:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2017\/04\/02\/voter-fraud-persistent-problem-in-armenian-parliamentary-elections.html\">people were being control, they were given bribes<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. At least 5-6 articles of the criminal code were violated. There are enough materials [in the appeal] to overthrow [Donald] Trump, but our authorities will of course overlook all this, and the courts will do whatever they are told by the government,\u201d the ANC secretary said.<\/p>\n<p>Note, the alliance had earlier also appealed to the Central Election Commission to annul the election results.
