According to a statement issued by the NKR Defense Ministry, conscript Vache N Chilingaryan was fatally wounded by Azerbaijani fire.<\/p>\n<p>In conversation with Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper, Suliko Shushanyan, the head of Chilingaryan\u2019s native village of Shorzha, said the soldier had received the bullet when rushing to fellow servicemen\u2019s aid. \u201cHe found out that a friend had been wounded and hurried to help him, receiving a bullet himself. Another soldier then rushed to Vache\u2019s help and was also wounded.
