In addition, the Convicts\u2019 Hospital does not have the technical equipment to identify a number of health problems. We plan therefore to invite doctors from a civilian hospital to properly examine Bilyan,\u201d Fanyan said. She added that Bilyan has already written a corresponding appeal to the management of the Convicts\u2019 Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe court has once let a dentist visit Pavlik Manukyan in prison, and Armen Bilyan needs the same examination. In addition, we plan to invite a neurologist.
