Arshak, a participant to the fight, was forcibly taken to the police department and explanations were forcibly taken,\u201d reports Helsniki Citizen\u2019s Assembly Vanadzor human rights organization.<\/p>\n<p>The organization has prepared a video material in which the relative of the victim speaks about the decades-old methods applied by police officers by which almost the entire police department had beaten Arshak up, humiliated him and forcibly taken his signature.
