No other means of restraint have been announced, Harutyunyan\u2019s lawyer Mihran Poghosyan said to Epress.am.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe appealed with a 40-page complaint and meticulously justified why the decision of the court was unfounded and unlawful. At this moment we are not sure which part of appeal was approved by the court,\u201d stated Poghosyan. He highlighted that all the points raised to the court were important and based on any of them the court had a ground to revoke the arrest warrant.<\/p>\n<p>Harutyunyan is charged for fabricating evidence in the case.<\/p>\n<p>On November 2, Shengavit court of general jurisdiction issued a warrant to arrest Harutyunyan.
