According to Milliyet, Ankara&#8217;s Chief Prosecutor&#8217;s Office wrote a letter to PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan asking to be allowed to begin an investigation to clarify whether the country&#8217;s National Intelligence Agency (MIT) was in any way connected with Dink&#8217;s death \u2014 specifically, whether they exhibited negligence in the case.
