Before 2010, the highest maximum temperature recorded in Moscow was 98.2\u00b0F (38.8\u00b0C), set nine decades ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 18px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">Warmer-than-average conditions dominated land areas of the globe.
