So, the president is distinguished from the formation of parliament, as well as from the appointment of ministers,&#8221; said Bakradze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">The new Constitution is currently a\u00a0 matter of national discussion in Georgia; most likely, the parliament will approve it in early September, reports Georgia Online.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">The new Constitution stipulates that the Georgian president cannot be someone who has lived in Georgia for less than 3 years.
