Georgia President Mikheil Saakashvili is convinced that Georgia can have productive dialogue with Russia. As the president said in his speech at New York University on Sept. 21., Russia will change and become Georgia’s most important ally.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I believe that one day we will be able to lead normal and effective dialogue with our northern neighbor. Our territories that it has occupied cannot last for long.<\/p>\n
