The reason for the figures in Armenia and Belgium the WHO associates with genetics, while in the case of Romania, the organization names the reason as the lack of hygiene in the local population. <\/p>\n

The highest over cancer mortality rate was registered in Hungary, where the WHO has noted 458 death cases per 100,000 population. Following Hungary are Russia and Ukraine (at 347 per 100,000). WHO experts believe that this is due to the significant number of smokers in those countries. <\/p>\n
