The Pan-Armenian National Movement (HHSh) will implement measures so those who killed individuals during the mass demonstrations of March 1, 2008, judges who condemned innocent people in the case of March 1, police and investigators who gave false testimonies and other officials are not handed visas to enter the US or the countries of the European Union, said HHSh party leader Aram Manukyan, while meeting with journalists today, adding that soon the list of organizations that will be joining this HHSh initiative will be publicized. <\/p>\n

According to Manukyan, this process will occur over a few stages. The list of officials will be reviewed in detail so that “no single innocent official appears in our list.”<\/p>\n

“Better that a guilty man be omitted from the list than an innocent one be included,” he said. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Afterwards, initiative organizers will appeal to EU institutions, US Congress and the parliaments of EU countries.<\/p>\n
