According to Torosyan, the leaked documents once again proves that Armenian authorities are tired of Georgia&#8217;s policy as it pertains to Armenian residents in the southern Georgian region of Samtskhe-Javakheti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'; min-height: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">&#8220;Simply based on regional stability and the good neighborly relations between the two countries, Armenia is not taking any serious steps,&#8221; said the MP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'; min-height: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">According to a cable sent from the US Embassy in Yerevan published by Russian media, in a Aug. 11, 2008 conversation between Armenia&#8217;s deputy foreign minister and a deputy US ambassador, the Armenian deputy minister expressed his dissatisfaction with the delay in Georgian cargo imported into Armenia.
