Asked about the efficiency of the work of such bodies, Jigarkhanyan, however, said, &#8220;We haven&#8217;t yet matured for such councils, so that [we] can go to that councillor and present him with the solution to the issue.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">Jigarkhanyan considers the Armenia-Azerbaijan issue to be a very serious one and believes that it won&#8217;t be resolved easily.
