The government document states that the export of wheat is permitted in cases of humanitarian assistance, implementing Russia&#8217;s international treaties, and other reasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'; min-height: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">As previously reported, Russia had decided to prohibit the export of wheat due to the drought in the country this year. As a result of lack of rains, a large volume of wheat crops had been destroyed.
