On September 8, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities, the OSCE mission conducted \u0430 regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno-Karabakh (NKR) and Azerbaijani Armed Forces on Martakert-Tartar road, reads a press release issued by the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n

From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chair-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria).<\/p>\n

From the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring was held by Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chair-in-Office Zhaslan Nurtazin (Kazakhstan) and William Pryor (Great Britain).<\/p>\n

The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. No violation of cease-fire regime was registered.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As it was planned, during the monitoring, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke (USA), Bernard Fassier (France) and Igor Popov (Russia), as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk crossed the line of contact.<\/p>\n
