In what seems like the never-ending story, the Armenian National Congress (HAK) once again submitted a request to Yerevan City Hall for a permit to hold a rally at Freedom (Liberty) Square \u2014 this time on Sept. 24.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As told to Epress.am by HAK representative Tigran Arakelyan, an open discussion related to the claim will be held tomorrow at 11:30 am.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As previously reported, after Yerevan City Hall denied HAK (and incidentally, the Pan-Armenian National Movement, which is a part of HAK) the right to hold a rally in Freedom Square on Sept. 17, the opposition group submitted an appeal in court, which was subsequently denied.\u00a0<\/p>\n
