Kemal K\u0131<\/span>l\u0131\u00e7<\/span>daro\u011f<\/span>lu, the leader of Turkey’s main opposition party, said he did not vote in the country\u2019s constitutional referendum Sunday because of a mix-up over where he should cast his ballot, reports the Hurriyet Daily News & Economic Review.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to apologize to my fellow party members if I have upset them,\u201d K\u0131<\/span>l\u0131\u00e7<\/span>daro\u011f<\/span>lu, chair of the Republican People\u2019s Party (CHP), told reporters late Sunday at a press conference at his party\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n
