The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, will hold public hearings in the case concerning “Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Georgia vs. Russian Federation)” from Sept. 13\u201317, 2010, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court, reads an official ICJ press release.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The hearings will concern solely the preliminary objections to jurisdiction raised by Russia.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The deputies of Georgia’s foreign ministry and justice ministry will be participating in the hearings.<\/p>\n
